SHIPPING

U.S. Shipping:

Orders are shipped from Monday through Friday only; excluding holidays.  After payment is made, please allow up to 24 hours for orders to ship, some orders will be shipped longer time depending on product availability and size of the orders.

* We ship within United States based addresses; Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.

* Couriers: USPS tracked 

* The shipping will be charged a flat rate of $4.99

* FREE shipping for 10 item orders (Not applicable on Sale off items)

 

International Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped from Monday through Friday only; excluding holidays. After payment is made, please allow up to 48 hours for orders to ship, some orders will be shipped longer time depending on product availability and size of the orders.
  • International orders will be shipped via UPS or DHL Express, Freight charge varies depending on: (1) Destination country/ State; (2) Volume, weight of the packages; (3) Custom duties and import Tax at destination country. Customer can check Freight at the checkout.
  • Delivery time is approximately from 3-7 business days after payment done. Package can be tracked online here

 

RETURNS

  • Returns are ONLY accepted within 30 days from the shipment date.
  • Opened and used items cannot be refunded.
  • If you are not satisfied with any purchased products at kazumibeauty.com, please return it to us along the receipt with well packed box or its’ initial packaging to prevent damage during transportation. Customer will be responsible for return shipping & handing fees. Once the item is received at our warehouse in its resell able condition the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. It will take around 2-3 weeks from the receipt of return to credit back to your account or the next billing on your credit card’s statement. Shipping & handling fees are not refunded unless the return found to be defective, wrong delivered items.
  • If you have received a wrong item, damage item please send email to info@kazumibeauty.com , we will assist you replace the item. After investigation, we will ship the replacement immediately.
